The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our passionate culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing a variety of high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and prepare diverse, innovative menus tailored to client needs and dietary requirements
• Oversee food preparation and ensure consistent quality and presentation
• Manage kitchen staff and workflow to maintain smooth service delivery
• Monitor inventory and ensure efficient stock control and waste reduction
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Contribute to menu planning and product development aligned with the company’s brand
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef in a professional catering or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of various cuisines, modern cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Excellent leadership, time management, and organisational skills
• Creativity and passion for delivering memorable food experiences
• NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent (preferred)
